    Thank you.

I know there are places online to buy freeze dried products, but I was hoping someone knew a place like Wal-Mart that sold them. I know Trader Joe’s has a small selection, but looking for more.

I’m probably going to buy some freeze dried blood worms and brine shrimp to just mix into their diet during the week. Are they good foods? Do the fish like it? Are they high in protein?
Would they be good to increase growth rates?

On wiki how it said you need to give guppies freeze-dried foods at least once a week. Do you really need to?

    Hi!

I am starting a new blog about survival food storage (http://www.survivalfoodstorage.org), and I want to get some more good ideas for writing about survival foods, how to store them, what they are, etc.

So how many of you have tried freeze dried foods? Which brands if you can remember, and which flavors? What was good and bad about them?

I know that not every show is the same and it takes different amounts of times to film different shows. But on average how long would it typically take to film a, lets say, a season of about 22, 1-hour episodes? LIke how long would it take to film each episode, generally, and how long in between filming each episode. How long would there be of rehearsals, etc. And of course how long would the overall process (just the filming, not the editing) take? Thank you in advance =)

This is a strange question. I’ve never heard of someone doing this but I had to check it out…………….Someone told my mom if a person pays cash for their home when they file for income tax that same year that person can get some or all of that money back.

  • Daniela Merino says:

Is there a way to freeze dry food/fruit at home without spending $100,000 on a freeze dry machine? How do you get the water in frozen fruits to turn to gas without turning to water first? My kids love freeze dried fruits but the cost of buying them is unreal, so I thought (if possible) doing it at home would be cheaper. Anyone know how I could freeze dry foods at home.

    Thank you.

I have 15 people coming to our Christmas party. I know how many sandwiches to order, but I am not sure about the number of servings for the salads. I am serving green salad and a pasta. My hunch is to err on the conservative side and order maybe 12 servings of each at most. Thanks.

I just bought some brineshrimpdirect.com flake food and freeze dried foods. Is it best to refrigerate the food to preserve the nutritional value?

  • X Jade X says:

I know freeze-dried foods often lack in some nutrients, however it is difficult to find frozen foods for them in my local pet stores. I was wondering if you can feed your newts freeze-dried brine shrimp, bloodworms, glass shrimp, etc? I know they’ll eat live or frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp, but freeze-dried is much more convenient for me to feed and I was wondering in general if your newt will eat them before I go and buy them (though I realize each newt is different and has it’s own preferences). I know they’ll eat freeze-dried tubifex cubes so is feeding freeze-dried bloodworms or brine shrimp really any different?
The website put below I have already read and guess what!, you’re wrong and recommends brine shrimp, bloodworms, etc. Funny thing, maybe you should read the question before you answer.
Oh and that website is incorrect. Why would you give your newt fish food? Reptomin sticks and pellets also lack important nutrients for newts so those are not a good choice either. You gave me a terrible, incorrect answer.
