    have cans of chick peas,,and other vegetables such as cauliflower, or brocolli, frozen peas, fresh spinach, onions, garlic,,,Curry powder, black pepper, and canolla oil as well as tomatoe puree and fresh tomatoes. RICE and a rice cooker and food steamer.

    how can make a nice curry with above? AND IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE IT TASTY BY JUST MIXING TOGETHER IN FOOD STEAMER BOWL AND COOKING OVER RICE?

    please explain what you can..how would compare in taste to sauteed methods too and why?

    FORGOT CARROTS..HAVE PLENTY OF CARROTS AND NEW POTATOES TOO.
    ALSO, FORGOT LENTILS,,HAVE PLENTY OF DRIED LENTILS TOO.

    after boiling them first for 20 mins then adding them they were still rock hard. how to cook chick peas please?
    when I added them they also had another say 30 mins cooking in the curry. but obviously still hard
