I was disappointed in Forrest Griffin performance but not because he got beat but because seemed to just give up without much resistance. Plus the running out of the ring at the end by Forrest Griffin was kinda like he was “running home to mommy” be man and show respect to the sport. My point is, I have never seen Forrest quit so easily or at all.

Anderson Silva made him look like a moron, sometimes he wasn’t even using his hands and let Griffin hit him but he couldnt. Griffin running, lol. I now call him Chicken Forrest Griffin

Both are light-heavyweight champs, so now I’m completely confused. Does that mean there can be two, or does that mean that Chuck Liddell’s is for the world and Forrest Griffin’s is for the USA?

I think Forrest Griffin wont even need to take the fight to the ground to beat Toney. He should just keep using leg kicks and then punch him until Toney is unable to stand after the leg kicks. I think Forrest Griffin will win easily.

He is the UFC Champion for a reason its because he is the best Brazilian jiu-jitsu fighter and best stand up fighter in the world today.
Forrest has amazing jiu-jitsu he is a better jiu-jitsu guy then BJ Penn.

Dana White announced last night that the coaches for Ulimate Fighter 7 will be Quinton Jackson and Forrest Griffin and at the end they will fight for the title. Jackson is really good, but im glad Forrest Griffin is getting a title shot. Do you think Forrest deserves a title shot and who do you think will win.
