With history as a reference point, a lot of mountain folk moved west – so that seems like a plausible scenario. Tarantino crafts entire lives for his characters, so, what do you think?

Let’s say a 200 or 300 ft coaster was built on top of one of the Appalachian Mountains would it be to tall and affect air crafts? Would the air be to thin for the riders to breathe?
There are a lot of reclaimed mountain top removal sites. Basically hundreds of acres of flat land they use for golf courses, school sites, housing developments, etc. I’ve always wondered if theme parks with tall coasters could be built on such sites.
